Happy Thanksgiving From GAP

updateUncategorizedLeave a Comment

Let us be grateful and thankful for all God has done, is doing and will do according to all His promises. Give the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit all the praise and welcome Them into your heart.. Amen

Look, our late pal, Billy Graham reminded us that, Thanksgiving isn’t just a day; it’s a way of life. We experience God’s faithfulness, forgiveness, and love all year-round.

The beautiful passage in Psalm 106 focuses on thankfulness. In fact, you’ve probably sung some version of it at GAP Friday, in church, and worship service. And you might think the passage would be followed by joy and contentment.

Instead, the psalm outlines Israel’s history of sin and rebellion, provoking the Lord to anger. But it also points us to the forgiveness and goodness of God.

Even when life is hard or when we turn our backs on Him, God is still faithful. He is waiting to forgive us from our sin and heal our brokenness. Today, we are sharing a special message on gratitude, taking a closer look at Psalm 106.

As you celebrate Thanksgiving with your family and friends, be encouraged to draw close to God with a heart full of gratitude.

We are thankful for your attendance, your prayers, and ministry support and pray that God will continue to richly bless you.

“I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus.” —1 Corinthians 1:4, ESV
